Description
Internationally recognized animator Karen Aqua and composer and saxophonist Ken Field work with students to animate their own artwork and to create music, sound effects, and narration, resulting in a short animated film on a topic of interest to the local community or in sync with the academic curriculum. In the process, students acquire new skills in teamwork, planning, art, music, math, and science, as well as doing in-depth research on their chosen topic.
