globalFEST is now accepting submissions for artists for its 10th anniversary festival on Sunday January 13, 2013 at Webster Hall in NYC during the annual Arts Presenters conference. WE WILL ONLY CONSIDER 3 SUBMISSIONS PER AGENT // WILL ONLY CONSIDER ARTISTS WHO WILL HAVE REPRESENTATION AT THE APAP CONFERENCE // WE WILL ONLY CONSIDER ARTISTS WHO HAVE A FIRM COMMITMENT TO TOURING NORTH AMERICA IN THE FOLLOWING TWO YEARS.
